S3 and 4 Leadership module aims to equip our students in becoming reflective and compassionate leaders of the 21st Century serving in the Marymount community as well as the society with and for others. It is essential for students to define their identities through personal mastery and establishing shared visions, learn the art of building relationships within teams, and achieving their aspirations and visions effectively. While understanding the concept of being a good leader, students are also provided opportunities to learn holding space for effective communication and interpersonal relationships during the programme.  The programme is divided into a 3-stage relationship, “Self, Others, Systems”, as the backbone as we introduce various Compassionate System Thinking Tools & Thinking Routines to enhance their understanding of a compassionate leader and develop depth in their reflections on being thoughtful leaders in serving the school and the society in future opportunities.
