Staff Development Day 1

The first Staff Development Day of the academic year aimed to provide staff members with the necessary tools and knowledge to encourage student and professional well-being. The school was honored to have Emeritus Professor Cheng Kai Ming conduct a thought-provoking sharing about the effective and ethical use of AI in education. This was followed by an introduction of two key Compassionate System Framework tools, the Ladder of Inference and the Iceberg Model, by the Curriculum Committee. The last session involved speakers from Caritas who introduced the Mandatory Reporting of Child Abuse Ordinance with the aim of educating teachers about early identification and the proper handling of child abuse cases.
